Garage cleanouts
Boxes, old furniture and stored household items. Identify what stays and show any shelving or heavy equipment.
Garage, estate and office cleanouts across the Phoenix Valley. You choose what stays. We lift, load and haul what goes.
A garage full of stored belongings, an inherited home and an office move need different preparation. Start with the service below, then send photos of each area to be cleared. These service pages cover all our listed cities.

Unwanted furniture and belongings from a family property. Confirm who authorizes removal and set aside keepsakes first.
Desks, chairs, cabinets and equipment. Plan around retained items, building access and your move-out date.
Set aside documents, valuables and anything another person needs to collect. Tell us which rooms, garage bays or office areas are included. For a partial cleanout, label retained items or provide a clear list so nearby belongings are not mistaken for the removal load.
Include stairs, gates, elevators and the loading location in your photos. Disclose installed appliances, attached fixtures and unusually heavy pieces before scheduling. Utility disconnection, repairs, deep cleaning and specialist dismantling are not automatically part of a hauling quote.
The amount and type of material, carrying route, weight and agreed preparation work affect the quote. Photograph the complete job rather than one example pile. We confirm pricing before loading; additions to the removal list should be discussed before the crew starts.
Use these pages for Scottsdale and Paradise Valley pickup planning. For other cities, the general services above cover your request; the city links below explain the service area.
Send your pickup address and preferred date with the photos so we can check the route and schedule.
